We're so excited to have you here! Vaast is our family home, shared with our kids, three friendly dogs, and one curious cat. As your host, we love connecting with guests by sharing local tips, chatting over coffee, or playing a board game. Our hope is that your time here feels cozy, memorable, and entirely yours. Your comfort and welcome are deeply important to us at Vaast. As the only person managing Vaast, alongside a lively household of people and pets, knowing your arrival time helps me create a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone. 

• Standard check-in: 5:00 PM and onward
• Early Check-in: May be available upon request
• Late Arrivals: Flexible! Just keep me posted

* A kind note: When early arrival is requested but not honored, it can leave me scrambling to prepare and then simply waiting. To help maintain a balanced day for my family and your fellow guest, a $5 fee will apply if an early arrival request is made but not followed through.

These rooms were renovated in 2019 to include private bathrooms. While they're up two flights of stairs know that the entire house is open to you.. don't feel confined to the third floor.

• Rooms 2 & 4 - Left at the top of the stairs (find next set of stairs behind door)
• Rooms 1 & 3 - Right at the top of the stairs (find next set of stairs behind door)

Each room includes

• Clean bedding
• Coffee maker, k-pods, and cups.
• Mini fridge with water
• Hair dryer and first aid kit
• Fresh towels
• Tv and self controlled temperature
• Private bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper

This room is our mother-in-law suite.. currently serving its original purpose! If you meet Katie, know she's a delight and full of character. 

Use grand staircase. at the top take two lefts. Your bedroom door is at the end of the hall. 

Your private bathroom is down the hall about 13 steps from your room. (Doors both have a "6" on them)

Your room includes

• You also have access to a  jacuzzi tub attached to your restroom. The door in your bathroom is the hot jacuzzi room. Please note the door on the other side of the jacuzzi room goes into our private restroom. Both sides are locked for your privacy and our own.

All our doors are electronic. 

To unlock your room:

• Tap below the top circle on the keypad to light up the invisible number pad (the top circle if a fingerprint scanner).
• Once illuminated, enter 00-xxxx   (the last four digits of your phone number), followed by #.

You'll find a red cobblestone driveway to the right of the property with four spaces available:

• Two near the house
• One in front of the garage
• One beside the RV / in front of trampoline

This is a one-way driveway that exists behind the garage.

You may also park in front of the house. 

Winter tip: Our side of the street is an emergency snow route. If parked there during a storm, tickets will be issued.

Come downstairs and enjoy a quick, satisfying breakfast! Items vary depending on what's fresh, but we always offer:

• Coffee, tea, and milk
• Cereals
• Grab-and-go bites

Available anytime just be mindful of volume after 9 PM. Located below the kitchen use the stairs in the kitchen to reach.

Pool is OPEN. We do not have official hours as long as noise level remains respectful. For safety, children should stay out of the pool area after 9 PM.
